The monograph highlights the socio-economic state of Russia from 1990 to the present, analyzes the decline in production due to reforms, and examines the region's natural resource potential and future development. It suggests new forms of grain production with further processing at the enterprise, activating rice and feed production, as well as cooperation among medium and large organizations at the enterprise level.
