The monograph formulates the theoretical foundations of judicial law-making and its limits in the civil judiciary of Ukraine. In particular, attention is paid to the evolutionary development of the institution of judicial law-making in the civil proceedings of both general and continental law. The procedural-legal category "judicial law-making" and "judicial practice" in the modern doctrine and judicial practice of Ukraine is analyzed. The procedural and legal mechanism of judicial law-making and its conditions in the civil judiciary of our country have been studied.
