The book examines the activities of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation to verify the constitutionality of regulatory legal acts. Judicial constitutional normative control is compared with other areas of activity of the constitutional justice body, the work touches upon the problems of differentiating normative control in constitutional and administrative legal proceedings. Summarizing the practice of judicial constitutional normative control, the author analyzes its subject and some implementation problems, examines the typical reasons for challenging the constitutionality of normative legal acts, especially laws.
