This 6-volume scientific project studies the process of development of law-court as the institute of state authority defending the rights of its citizens, as well as interests of state and society. The publication scopes the chronological period of jurisprudence history of Russia from the first records in elm patents and treaties between Russia and Byzantium in the Xth century up to the contemporary system of law in Russia.
