This book is devoted to the contribution of the Jews arrived from the Russian Empire and former Soviet Union to formation of Eretz Israel. It consists of three parts: “History”; “Defence of the state, national economy and public health”; “Science, education, culture and sport”. Thus we tried to embrace in this book all the aspects of Russian immigrants' activity starting from the end of XIX century and including the aliah of 90th years of XX century. This activity helped in transformation of Israel into the highly developed state, which takes the leading positions in the agriculture, high-tech industry, cosmic studies, medicine etc. This volume completes the series “Let us build the wall of Jerusalem”.
