The given monograph considers theoretical and methodical aspects of the analysis and rating of investment potential in regions, the Kyzylordin region, in particular. The authors define the basic tendencies, the formation of the economic mechanism of using investment potential in Kazakh regions. Also the book suggests progressive and successful approaches how to attract foreign capital to the regional Kazakh economy, a complex model of state investment activities is analysed and methods of improvement of this mechanism aimed at mobilization of investment consumption are also viewed by the authors.
