The monograph analyzes economic reforms in Japan after its withdrawal from World War II. The interconnection between the historically established system of the institutes and its possibilities on the way of best foreign experience practices effective use within the framework of the overtaking development theoretical models are traced. The reasons why Japan was able not only to perceive institutional innovations of the occupation period of 1945-1952, but to make on their basis its own modernized institutional system which became a foundation for the “economic wonder” are considered.
