The book is devoted to the creation, structure and functioning of the propaganda organs of the Red Army from 1939 to 1945. It widely represents various special propaganda techniques. The second part of the publication tells about the conflicts in the Far East. That's when the Red Army realized its concept of counter-offensives for the first time.
