On the basis of unique information the authors investigate different aspects of inflationary process in Russian economy. The correlation between factors of inflation and Consumer Price Index is shown; a method of inflation's estimation is proposed. Regional aspects of inflationary processes as well as cost processes in Russian economy in 1992-1999 are also considered.
