The book tells about the painter Andrey Kamalov, whose life and creative activities from 1977 to 2002 are presented against a background of the Primorye, where Kamalov studied. The book consists of three parts, which reflect the image of time, changing society and people’s attitude to art during 25 years: the author’s heritage (letters, diaries, notebooks, etc.), memoirs of the contemporaries and appreciation of the artist’s creative activities by the department of arts studies.
