The book describes the Ukrainian art press of Halychyna in the 1920s and the 1930s as a peculiar phenomenon - cultural, spiritual, political, historical, but above all human. In the book special emphasis is placed on the fact that, despite all the difficulties of life in the stateless state, Ukrainians crystallized themselves as a nation and created new artistic projects, consonant with European cultural trends.
