The monograph presents research on improving the efficiency of export-oriented production of the food industry of the Republic of Belarus. Theoretical bases of increase of their efficiency are studied. A system-structural assessment of the current state of export activity of food industry enterprises of the Republic of Belarus has been performed. Methods and methodical recommendations on increase of efficiency of export-oriented productions of the food industry of Belarus directed on revealing of reserves of growth of foreign trade of the enterprises of processing sphere of agrarian and industrial complex and maintenance of competitive international sale are developed.
