In the monograph a comprehensive study of the problems of the theory and practice of implementing the tools of the "lifting the corporate veil" doctrine was carried out.
The theoretical-methodological and normative prerequisites of its formation are revealed and a general description of the doctrine of "lifting the corporate veil" is given. The process of formation of the specified doctrine in the countries of Anglo-American and continental law and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights is highlighted.
Control relations are studied as the main criterion for the application of this doctrine. The main tools of the above doctrine in the legislation of Ukraine are disclosed.
