The collection includes memoirs and eyewitness accounts of the deportation of the Ingush in 1944-1957. The book is the second publication prepared by the Memorial Complex to the Victims of Repression within the framework of the research project "I am an eyewitness", the purpose of which is to collect a biographical fund, recording the memories of eyewitnesses of deportation, for further study of this topic and the possibility of introducing this information into scientific circulation.
