This schoolbook provides a fresh view on the Russian literature of the end of the XIXth - beginning of the XXth centuries (so-called “Silver Age”). The second volume gives a thorough review of the specificity of literature development from symbolism to post-symbolism, which is represented by such trends, as acmeism, futurism, new peasant literature.
