A textbook on the history of state and law of Kazakhstan is aimed at studying the process of origin, formation and development of state and law in the country from ancient times to the present. The authors consider in this textbook the development of Kazakh statehood and law in the course of the development of the main political events of the state, consider the origins of the nomadic state as part of the traditional legal system in accordance with its internal content and characteristics, as well as its state-legal consequences.
