The book is aimed at a systematic overview of the emergence and development of a modern defense planning approach of the Republic of Croatia. The analysis was carried out using five dimensions of public policy - temporal, institutional-organizational, contextual, economic-budgetary and political-institutional in the period 1996-2007, which are also presented in separate chapters.
