The collection brings together studies by philologists, local historians, educators, and scholars from Russia, as well as from near and far abroad, dedicated to the contemporary problems of studying the life and work of Gavriil Romanovich Derzhavin, a major representative of Russian literary culture of the late 18th – early 19th centuries, thinker, enlightener, and public figure.
