The collection uncovers the history of the Gomel province formation, changes on its territory, joining the province to BSSR. The archive documents, presented in the book, reveal frequent territorial and administrative reforms, military and political situation in 1919-1920, struggle against banditry. Most of the documents are published for the first time. The collection is enriched with photographs and copies of documents.
