The monograph analyzes peculiarities of globalization and activities of transnational corporations in Russia under reform. The emphasis is placed on the problems of social protection of workers employed in national companies and transnational corporations. The authors of the book adhere to a critical approach concerning foreign experience of interaction of trade unions and oil and gas complex, and consider the way of applying this experience in Russia.
