On the basis of historical documents and witnesses' evidence the author makes a conclusion that the war of 1917-1921 in the Russian Empire was not civil but ethnical and aimed at extermination of native peoples, including Ukrainians. More than 11 millions of Ukrainians died of starvation during this ethnical war. The tragedy is given a true coverage in the present publication.
