Theoretical approaches to defining the economic interests of agro-industrial complex organizations, their inconsistency and consistency are considered. The economic interests of business entities in the agro-industrial complex are defined and a mechanism for their coordination is developed. The economic interests of business entities in a multi-structured agrarian economy at all stages of the reproduction process of the agro-industrial complex in the spheres of production, processing, sales and in general are revealed. A mechanism for coordinating economic interests in the agrarian sphere is proposed, aimed at coordinating economic relationships arising between business entities in the process of agricultural production. Achieving consistency of personal, collective and public interests is possible only by building a hierarchy of interests with the dominant position of the national interest and establishing the limits of their implementation.
