Attraction of foreign capital to domestic petroleum industry in NEP's time and an initial period of industrialization, basic forms and results of its use are fully analyzed in the monograph for the first time. Undertaking the research on basis of archival materials, most of which have not been used as resources on history of national economy, makes it possible to reveal a real character of foreign participation in reconstruction and modernization of domestic petroleum industry.
