During "perestroika" and "glasnost" in Ukraine, a revival of national consciousness and a sense of state independence from the Moscow imperial center began. Violent national and political processes in Ukraine led to the activity of Ukrainian organized emigration. On the subject of the Red-Moscow occupation of Ukraine, I gave a number of speeches and wrote a number of articles, some of which are published in this work.
