Admiration of our region is absolutely justified: its landscape diversity, polyphony of music, songs and languages, architectural masterpieces with thousands of threads of human destinies, which firmly bind it to Europe and the world, are enough to arouse curiosity. But the guest cannot stop at the threshold of our house, nor is he allowed to the most holy - the sacrament of enjoying consumption, the joy of eating in good company, immersing himself in smells, tastes and decorations.
The people of Bukovynia are hospitable, no chronicler has yet recorded hungry guests in Bukovyna, and no landlord has let them go.
