The monograph is devoted to events unstudied by Russian historian, concerning the entry of Finland into World War II on the side of Germany. Secret preparation for this in 1940-1941 is discovered on the basis of Finnish, German and Russian archives and other sources. Stages of converging in military, economic and political relationship of Finland and Germany on the eve of Great Patriotic War are examined in the book. Special attention is paid to changes in position of the USSR towards Finland before the war.
