The monograph deals with theoretical problems of government control of Kazakh transitional economy. The book comprises five chapters: the first one states basic principles, forms and ways of economy control in Kazakhstan; the second part is devoted to the evaluation of control system of Kazakhstan economy during the period of its reformation; the third part presents the author's concept of factor-goal control over national economy; a number of recommendations in the sphere of structural organization of factor-goal regulation are defined in the fourth chapter, and finally, the fifth part forecasts prospects of factor-goal economy control during the transitional period of Kazakh economy.
