Extradition of Ramil Safarov: How did it happen?, Vilayat Guliyev
The well-known literary critic, scientist and diplomat Vilayat Guliyev was the ambassador of Azerbaijan to Hungary in 2010-2021. During this period, a strategic partnership agreement was signed between our countries, and a number of important steps were taken for the rapprochement of our states and peoples. But the extradition of Ramil Safarov to Azerbaijan and his release with the amnesty decree of the country's President left a stronger mark in the memory of our people.
