This book contains the materials of four international seminars held by the Analytical Center of Globalization and Regional Cooperation in Yerevan, Armenia in 2006. All the events proceeded with active participation of representatives of various Armenian parties, non-governmental organizations, analytical centers and organizations concerned with human rights, leaders of youth and student unions, prominent political scientists, including those specializing in conflicts, sociologists, economists, and journalists and were broadly covers by Armenian and foreign media.
