The monograph is devoted to the study of the state and legal aspects of the classical Eurasian doctrine. The conclusion about the relevance and significance for the domestic and foreign policy of modern Russia of many postulates of the classical Eurasian doctrine is substantiated. A detailed study of the original Eurasian concept of the guarantee state was carried out, which made it possible to reveal the facets of modern Russian statehood as the embodiment of its social, national, national and legal characteristics.
