The monograph is devoted to the research of culturally determined linguistic phenomena which belong to different language levels of four languages (Russian, Ukrainian, English and Chinese). A new research framework based on the conception of cultural "quantuming" (possessed from physics quantum theory) and cognitive notion of conceptualization is worked out.
