This collection of papers presents some results of research on Estonian in the context of General and Computational Lingvistics. Among the papers in the volume central are the ones related to Tartu University Computer Corpus of Written Estonian. The second group of papers is devoted to some typical topics of Computational Lingvistics as related to the study of Estonian. The third group of papers represents the theoretical linguistic branch of research in Estonian linguistics.
