The given book contains materials of the second international conference 'Estonia and the European Union' organized by the Government Working Group and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation and held in Tallinn on October 18th-20th, 1995. In stated speeches and reports included in the book more than 233 participants of the conference from 20 countries express the opinion of their countries on the issue of Estonia's possible joining with the European Union.
