Viktor Gotovac is an assistant professor at the Department of Labor and Social Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. Expert advisor and collaborator on several projects of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the European Union and the Council of Europe. Advisor in the adoption of the opinion of the European Economic and Social Council “The Republic of Croatia on the Path to Joining the European Union”. Member of the Croatian Association for Conciliation and the Croatian Association for Labor Law and Social Security. Author and co-author of several scientific and professional articles and books on labor law and social law topics, as well as mediation procedures and the right to access information.
