The two-volume edition introduces literary-critical review of the development of Russian poetry and prose of the last 4 decades in its correlation with the trends and classical names (Pushkin, Lermontov, Gogol', Dostoyevsky Vl.Solovyev, Blok and Zablotsky etc) of the XIXth and the early XXth century.
