The presented monograph attempts to comprehend and generalize the experience of application of legal forms of decentralized regulation of corporate relations, actualized as a result of the reform of civil legislation, to identify the specifics of their application in the current conditions of development and active use of digital technologies in the corporate sphere. The study is based on the understanding of decentralized regulation of corporate relations as a necessary element of the system of private legal regulation, providing in interaction with centralized legal regulation the solution of problems of effective protection of the rights and legally protected interests of corporate participants and the implementation of effective management of corporate business.
