The edition presents brief biographies of the Decembrist Mikhail Naryshkin (1798-1863) and his wife Elizaveta (nee Countess Konovnitsyn )(1801-1867), based of the archival and memoir sources. The main attention is paid to the stay of Naryshkin family in the Caucasus in 1837-1844, their correspondence with each other, mother of Elizaveta Petrovna Anna Ivanovna Konovnitsyna, and other Decembrists.
