For the first time in the edition, all the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights concerning life imprisonment at the request for 2019 are presented in Ukrainian. There is no similar edition in Russian. Taking into account the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Enforcement of Judgments and the Practice of the European Court of Human Rights”, knowledge of this segment of the ECtHR's practice is a necessary part of the profession of domestic lawmakers and law enforcers.
