The anthology includes the best works submitted to the Third Literary and Translation Competition "Crimean Figs / Qirim inciri". Prose and poetry, children's literature in Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar show Crimea in family stories, in stories of prominent figures of the past, in everyday and extraordinary situations, which create a bright canvas of what Crimeans live, including migrants to the mainland. Documentary in these works is intertwined with fiction, metaphor - with verbiage, joy - with sadness, indignation - with hope. In addition, the texts in the anthology show the possibilities of language: Crimean Tatar - through stylization for different time layers, for folk art, in particular through the use of dialects; Ukrainian - due to the infusion of Crimean Tatar and Karaite words and phrases.
