The album comprises photographs by a photojournalist of Dzerzhinsk region newspaper “The flag of October” Ivan Shabalinsky. He started his work in 1964. All significant events and people of Dzerzhinsk region are depicted in his photos and presented in the photo album. The photos narrate about all the stages of after war development of the region, its economy and culture.
