In this work, the writer sharply condemns the practice of one people conquering another, enslaving and exploiting it, and only obtaining "bread and butter" from the results of this labor. He notes that such colonialism ultimately leads to destruction, and that the population of a militarily weaker country also has the right to a happy and prosperous life.
