The monograph is dedicated to the constitutional process in Belarus during last 550 years. The author analyzes the concept of the constitutional process and the factors that influence the process as one of the elements of development of state and law of a country. The book focuses on the five stages of the development of Belarusian state system from the times of Great Duchy of Lithuania till 1996 when the last version of Belarusian Constitution was voted for and adopted.
