This monograph is the first comprehensive study of the modern development of constitutionalism in the Republic of Serbia by the Russian author in the last 15 years. The work examines the foundations of the constitutional system of Serbia, the legal status of a person and citizen, the system of protection of individual and collective rights in Serbia, the territorial structure of the state, and the features of the institution of local self-government.
