The books were suppressed in Russia. The author of the book is Kel`siev Vasily Ivanovich (1835-1872), a Russian revolutionary, journalist and translator. In 1862 was sentenced to the exile from Russia. In 1867 returned to Russia, was granted a pardon and returned citizenship rights.
