The present edition includes most important documents of the International Labor Organization represented by two declarations and 51 conventions. The declarations and conventions are recognized by the current Russian legislation. All legal acts of the International Labor Organization included into the book constitute a priority part of Russia’s Constitution and therefore legally dominate all other sources of Russia’s labor law including the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
