The monograph is devoted to the study of problems of civil law regulation of inbound and domestic tourism in the Republic of Belarus. The author reviewed the genesis of tourism legislation; studied the types of inbound and domestic tourism; analyzed the dynamics of tourist flows, and also revealed the peculiarities of visa regimes in different countries; revealed the basis for the division of responsibility between the tour operator and the travel agent, as well as the types of financial support for civil liability of the subjects of tourism activities; considered contracts concluded between the subjects of tourism activities. Based on the study, a set of recommendations for improving civil legislation in the field of tourism is presented.
