The book is dedicated to the unique appearance of Chita of the past. The city is represented on postcards and photo cards, published in 1901–1929. The pages of the book contain 400 unique stories from old Chita. Each postcard has a detailed description. The book contains a catalog of all issues of postcards and a catalog of types of address sides of photo postcards. The catalog of the series provides information about the rarity of the postcards and includes an index of names, a list of streets, alleys and squares.
