The book includes 14 articles divided into three thematic sections which discuss the practice of keeping records at Bulgaria's registry services, in the registers of inheritance acceptances and refusals, and in the Commercial Register. Most of the articles were presented at a conference titled "Challenging: The Registry!" which was held in Sofia on October 25, 2019. The conference was organized by the professional website ChallengingTheLaw.com and the Bulgarian Judges' Association.
