It is based on the brochure of 2018. The publisher updated it, supplemented it with new recipes and bright illustrations, "dressed" it in a thick binding, decorated it with "gold". They selected 150 of the best, most interesting and healthy recipes of Buryat-Mongolian cuisine for the book: dairy and meat dishes, including exotic ones, as well as flour dishes, from wild plants. The recipes were shared by residents of ethnic Buryatia, Mongolia, Kalmykia, as well as the leading restaurants of the city.
