The appearance of this text is dictated by two circumstances. The first is the state of the legal order in Bulgarian society today, and the second is related to the prevailing interpretations of the nature and causes of this state. The legal nature of Bulgarian society is at least debatable, insofar as the dominant social realities offer us a picture completely different from what it should be if the law is the main regulator of our lives. For a long time this was "unnoticed", and when the phenomenon took on drastic (and cruel) dimensions, the public began to be offered various explanations for the state of law in Bulgaria.
